Uses of C++

1. Web Browser: C++ is used for creating web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and others. Some of the other web browsers are also written in the C++ programming language.
2. Operating system: It is used for developing operating systems of Microsoft OS like Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, visual studio, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer. Also, Mainly Symbian mobile operating systems are written in C++ language only. 
3. Games: Some games which are developed with the help of the C++ programming language. It is widely used in developing different games and also used in gaming engines.
4. Media Access: C++ language used in development for creating a media player, for example like Winamp Media player, which is developed in C++ language, which allows features streaming of audio and video.
5. Applications: This programming language also used for developing applications. Applications are based on graphic user interface applications like adobe photoshop and others.
